Cancellation and Refund Policy

At AstraThrive OPC Private Limited (“AstraThrive”), we are committed to providing emotionally safe, high-impact digital learning and healing journeys for midlife women, as well as supportive programs for their families and partners.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and associated platforms using Razorpay as a payment gateway.

1. Digital Products and Courses

AstraThrive offers pre-recorded video courses, workshops, and downloadable resources. Due to the nature of these digital products:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable once the course has been accessed or downloaded, even partially.
• In case a course has not been accessed at all and you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to review and approval.
• No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of purchase, under any circumstances.

2. Live Coaching Sessions and Consultations

• You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session for a 100% refund or rescheduling. 
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the session are eligible only for rescheduling, not refunds.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, please email us within 7 days at support@asthrathrive.info.Upon verification, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing a course or resource:

• Please email us at support@asthrathrive.info with your payment receipt and a description of the issue.
• We will assist you within 2 business days and provide access or replacement, as appropriate.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrectly processed, please write to us immediately on support@asthrathrive.info . We will work with Razorpay and relevant stakeholders to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
